Joeri (50) works from home as an IT consultant for PostNL, a job he loathes. By day, he's timid and conflict-avoidant; someone who barely takes up any space. Everything revolves around the evening, when he dons his uniform and acts as a prison guard in a prison break experience for company outings. His role begins with a daunting welcome speech, intended to immediately impose authority. But the participants don't take him seriously. They laugh, test his boundaries, and undermine his authority.
